Caroline Dietrich has been working as a researcher and policy advisor on business and human rights at the German Institute for Human Rights since 2025.
Previously, she gained experience in the fields of climate justice, decolonization and (feminist) foreign policy. In 2021, she was a trainee in the business and human rights program of the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR).
Caroline Dietrich holds a master’s degree in international relations from TU Dresden with a focus on international politics and international law.
