This report examines the work of the multisectoral HIV/AIDS program of German development cooperation with Bangladesh. The report analyzes the individual program components with regard to their poverty-reducing impact. Furthermore, it shows how the methodology used, the so-called Poverty Impact Assessment, can be enriched by a human rights perspective.
